Vanessa Noriega

Vanessa Noriega is a partner of Guinard & Noriega. She leads the Trademark Department and has been named as a prominent IP lawyer by important publications such as Chambers & Partners, World Trademark Review, among others. 

Besides from her experience in the field of Intellectual Property, Mrs. Noriega handles cases of Commercial, Corporate and Condominium Property Law. Vanessa is well-known for her experience in trademark protection strategy as well as advising clients in the opening of new businesses in Panama. 

 Her specialty in the matter of franchising has made her have an integral vision of business, which allows her to provide advice to clients that transcends purely legal aspects. 

Other activities: 

Mrs. Noriega is a member and current deputy director of the Panamanian Intellectual Property Law Association and head of the Copyright Committee of the same. 

She is also a member of the Interamerican Intellectual Property Association, the International Trademark Association and has been lecturer regarding branding strategies for entrepreneurs.
