María Gabriela Solís is a Director at Guinard & Noriega. She joined the firm in 2017, beginning her career in the Banking Law department. During that period, she was responsible for drafting banking agreements, preparing purchase and sale agreements, as well as drafting and formalizing corporate minutes and various corporate documents.
In recent years, she has focused her practice on Intellectual Property, developing solid experience in the field both locally and internationally. María Gabriela currently leads the International Trademarks Department. She also coordinates procedures related to the firm’s operations in Honduras, playing a key role in regional management and supervision.
