Nicolás Saval Zimmermann is a Partner at Guinard & Noriega.
In 2024, Nicolás assumed full responsibility for the management of the Litigation Department’s portfolio, covering matters such as Intellectual Property, Civil, and Commercial Law, serving as Director of the Department.
In 2026, in recognition of his highly specialized professional trajectory in litigation, he formally joined Guinard & Noriega as a Partner.
Prior to joining the firm, Nicolás developed his professional career at Vallarino, Vallarino & García-Maritano, where he worked as an Associate since 2012. During this period, he was responsible for leading civil, commercial, and intellectual property litigation, as well as coordinating with the partners in charge of the Litigation Department.

EXPERIENCE:
Nicolás has 15 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation, as well as local arbitration. His experience in dispute resolution has enabled him to strategically advise clients in commercial, corporate, and real estate matters, providing a comprehensive perspective focused on risk prevention and efficient management.
Additionally, he was appointed as the first Consul General of the Republic of Panama in Shanghai, China, following the historic establishment of diplomatic relations between both countries in 2017.
