He has combined multiple areas of practice, with particular emphasis on intellectual property, banking law, and litigation. He has participated in mergers and acquisitions transactions involving significant intellectual property components and has been involved in banking projects exceeding USD 2 billion. - Participated in drafting Law 35 of 1996 regulating Industrial Property in Panama and its implementing regulations.
- Participated in the drafting and discussion of the Data Protection Law.
